Coordinators of Community Services (CCSs)

We’re a happy medium between a traditional agency and self-directed care.

Families pick and schedule their caregiver, while we handle the red tape — like compliance, payroll, and Medicaid billing. Because we keep overhead low, our caregivers earn more than twice what they’d make at a regular agency.

Coordinators of Community Services (CCSs) are a key part of the Clairo Care team

CCSs benefit from our care model and secure technology by having clear communication, easy access to Individual Plans, goals, and full visibility into each person’s support.

Less Caregiver Turnover

Paying friends and family a fair, appreciative wage keeps turnover low, ensures goals are met, and builds lasting trust and rapport — all while reducing incidents and extra work for CCSs.

Reduce fraud and waste

Clairo Care’s easy-to-use technology keeps daily care transparent and organized — with verified timesheets, and secure records. This helps prevent fraud, waste, and abuse, ensuring Medicaid dollars are well spent.
